Bone height and width evaluation before dental implant placement on panoramic radiographs: a scoping review

Objectives: The aim of this study is to evaluate the bone height and its width on panoramic radiography prior dental implant placement.
 Review: This was carried out using scoping review methods. referenced articles were published between 2010-2021 in English or Indonesian. search performed PubMed PMC database with keywords “(((Evaluation) AND (Presurgical)) (Dental Implant)) (Radiograph)) (Panoramic)” Science Direct "presurgical evaluation radiograph". Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review Meta-analysis Scoping (PRISMA-Scr) utilized perform article finding process. It found that alveolar after being assessed by radiograph 7.95-23.42 mm while 7.04-10.41 mm.
 Conclusion: Panoramic can be before placement procedure.
